Gluteus maximus party Did heavy heavy s**t today, got a new pr in these Goblet squats, could probably go heavier, but It's quite a challenge to get up on the benches with those heavy nuts hanging between my leg's My lower back did eventually give in by the end, glutes are so tricky ti isolate completely, without your lower back comes into play But really great workout, always a Joy to workout in the afternoon, the power and stamina is on point !
